集中荷载作用下模板支撑架杆系受力试验研究

摘要: 为了在模板支撑架数值计算时合理选取相关参数和安全监测时合理布置测点,进行了集中荷载作用下 4跨×6 跨×2 步的扣件式模板支撑架体系的破坏性试验. 分析了模板支撑架体系立杆和水平杆的受力和变形状态,计算了杆件的弯矩,并分析了不同位置杆件弯矩分布规律. 结果表明,连续但不同跨度内的水平杆弯曲方向相反,单跨水平杆弯曲形状类似于正弦曲线;模板支撑架中上部立杆和水平杆弯矩较大,且弯矩由模板支撑架中上部向四周有逐渐减小的趋势,但边部立杆和水平杆弯矩值会显著增加;立杆破坏时实测应变值与计算应变值差距较大;模板支撑架体系失稳有一个荷载传递过程,其失稳状态与单个欧拉杆失稳状态有较大区别;立杆中间段应变分布较为均匀,而两端偏心受压非常明显,符合圣维南原理. 试验结论对模板支撑架失稳分析和数值计算、模架设计、施工、管理以及安全监测测点布置具有参考意义.

Experimental study on force of rod system of template support frame under concentrated load

Abstract: In order to reasonably select relevant parameters when numerical calculation of the template support frame andreasonably arrange the measuring points when safety monitoring, the destructive test of 4 span ×6 span ×2 step fastenertemplate support frame system under concentrated load was carried out. The force and deformation state of the vertical andhorizontal rods of the template support frame system were analyzed, and the bending moment of the rod was calculated andthe distribution law of the bending moment of the rod at different positions was analyzed. The results show that thehorizontal rods in the continuous but different spans are bent in the opposite direction. The single-span horizontal rod has acurved shape similar to a sinusoid. The bending moment of the vertical and horizontal rods is larger in the middle and upperpart of template support frame, and the bending moment gradually decreases from the middle and upper part of the formworksupport frame toward the circumference, but the bending moment value of the vertical rod and the horizontal rod in the sidewill increase significantly. The difference between the measured strain value and calculation strain value when the verticalrod fails is large. The instability of the template support frame has a load transfer process, which is quite different from theinstability state of a single Euler rod. The strain distribution in the middle of the vertical rod is relatively uniform, and theeccentric compression at both ends are very obvious, in line with the Saint-Venant principle. The test conclusion hasreference significance for the instability analysis and numerical calculation of the template support frame and the safetymonitoring point arrangement.
