考虑混凝土收缩徐变的超高层复杂结构施工全过程模拟

摘要: 为考虑施工过程中混凝土收缩徐变对超高层结构竖向变形的影响,以银川绿地中心双子塔之一的南塔为研究对象,采用有限元软件 ANSYS 建立南塔模型,考虑结构自重、施工荷载以及混凝土收缩徐变的作用,对南塔进行施工全过程模拟分析,利用生死单元技术模拟施工过程中荷载随结构高度的变化以及从下至上整个的施工过程,分别对外框筒、核心筒的竖向变形和竖向变形差进行了研究,并根据竖向变形进行了外框筒预调值及核心筒补偿值的计算. 结果表明:外框筒、核心筒的竖向变形随高度的增加先增大后减小,二者竖向变形差满足施工要求;外框筒预调值及核心筒补偿值随结构高度变化呈现“两头小,中间大”的变化规律. 研究成果可作为银川绿地中心双子塔安全施工控制方面的一项重要评估指标,对同类工程具有一定参考价值.

Simulation of construction whole process of super high-rise complex structure considering concrete shrinkage and creep

Abstract: In order to consider the impact of concrete shrinkage and creep on the vertical deformation of super high-risestructures during construction, taking the south tower of the twin towers of Yinchuan Greenland Center as the researchobject, and the finite element software ANSYS was used to establish the south tower model. Considering the effect ofstructural self-weight, construction load and concrete shrinkage and creep, the construction whole process of the south towerwas simulated and analyzed. The life-and-death unit technology was used to simulate the changes in load with structuralheight during the construction process and the entire construction process from bottom to top, the vertical deformation andvertical deformation difference of the outer frame cylinder and the core cylinder were studied, and the pre-adjustment valueof the outer frame cylinder and the compensation value of the core cylinder were calculated based on the verticaldeformation. The results show that the vertical deformation of the outer frame cylinder and the core cylinder first increasesand then decreases with the increase of height, and the vertical deformation difference between the two meets theconstruction requirements. The pre-adjustment value of the outer frame cylinder and the compensation value of the corecylinder show a variation pattern of " small at both ends and large in the middle" with the change of structural height. Theresearch results can serve as an important evaluation indicator for the safety construction control of the twin towers ofYinchuan Greenland Center, and have certain reference value for similar projects.
