混凝土剪力墙无支撑置换加固受力分析及施工优化设计

摘要: 混凝土无支撑置换加固法因其具有诸多优点,常用于混凝土强度过低的项目. 但无支撑置换加固技术设计难度大,施工过程中安全风险较高,而规范对于无支撑置换加固方案还未形成统一的设计理论和施工技术总结.根据某高层混凝土剪力墙无支撑分段置换工程及监测数据,深入揭示了混凝土置换加固过程中置换剪力墙、与置换剪力墙相连的梁板等结构的受力变化规律. 监测数据表明,墙段拆除施工会使得梁板应变增长,但增长值有限,而由于墙段浇筑时间的差异,使得先后加固的墙段出现明显的应力滞后现象,应力滞后可能导致结构的安全性降低,因此为了使得无支撑置换加固法具有更好的适用性,基于 ABAQUS 有限元分析软件,采用生死单元、等效升温法以及添加场变量的方法实现剪力墙施工模拟,通过施工模拟对不同轴压比下的置换方案进行优化设计,最后给出了具有一般性的建议施工方案.

Stress analysis and construction optimization design of unsupported replacement reinforcement of concrete shear wall

Abstract: Because of its many advantages, the method of concrete unsupported replacement reinforcement is often used inprojects with low concrete strength. However, the design of unsupported replacement reinforcement technology is difficult,and the safety risk is high during the construction process. The specification has not yet formed a unified design theory andconstruction technology summary for the unsupported replacement reinforcement scheme. Based on the unsupportedsegmented replacement engineering and monitoring data of a high-rise concrete shear wall, the stress change law of thereplacement shear wall, beams and slabs connected with the replacement shear wall in the process of concrete replacementreinforcement was deeply revealed. The monitoring data shows that the demolition of the wall section will increase the strainof the beam and slab, but the growth value is limited, and due to the difference in the pouring time of the wall section, theobvious stress hysteresis appears in the successively strengthened wall sections. The stress hysteresis may lead to reducedsafety of the structure. In order to make the unsupported replacement reinforcement method have better applicability, basedon the ABAQUS finite element analysis software, the method of life and death unit, equivalent heating and adding fieldvariables are used to realize the construction simulation of the shear wall. The replacement scheme under the coaxialpressure ratio was optimized for design, and finally a general recommended construction scheme was given.
