夹心保温双面叠合剪力墙受力性能研究进展

摘 要

摘要: 随着劳动力成本的快速攀升与人口红利的消失,传统的国家建筑产业面临转型,预制装配式建筑在实际工程中的应用日趋广泛. 其中夹心保温双面叠合剪力墙结构体系规避了原有灌浆套筒连接质量控制不稳定的弊端,既具有良好的整体工作性能,又能做到结构与保温一体化,与结构同寿命周期,因此成为近几年应用与研究的热点. 整理归纳了国内外有关夹心保温双面叠合剪力墙的受力性能研究进展,并总结了现阶段在国内推广应用过程中存在的关键性问题,主要包括水平拼缝与竖向拼缝处的连接节点构造创新、夹心保温剪力墙保温连接件创新、剪力墙湿传递和温度荷载效应研究与组合式受力墙板研究等,为促进夹心保温双面叠合剪力墙在的研究发展和工程应用提供参考.

Abstract: With the rapid rising of labor costs and the disappearance of demographic dividend, traditional nationalconstruction industry is facing transformation, precast assembly buildings have been widely used in practical projects.Avoiding the disadvantages of the instability of grout socket connection quality control, double-superimposed shear wall withinsulation not only has good overall performance, but also achieves the integration of structure and thermal insulation, andhas a same life cycle as the structure, which has dominated application and research in recent years. The research progressof double-superimposed shear wall with insulation at home and abroad and the key problems existing in the promotion weresummarized, including the structural innovation of horizontal and vertical connection, the innovation of the insulationconnection of the shear wall with insulation, moisture transmission and temperature effect of the wall, and the fullycomposite panel, etc. , which provides reference for promoting the research and application of double-superimposed shearwall with insulation.
