某地铁车辆段上盖项目结构转换方案论证

摘要: 项目为地铁车辆段的上盖物业,盖下为已投入使用的地铁车辆段,盖上拟建多层住宅及幼儿园建筑. 通过方案论证与设计优化等手段,最终采用了地铁车辆段顶层作为盖上结构转换层的设计方案,车辆段顶层框架梁采用点位连接上反组合梁的方式进行加固. 此方案减少了结构的抗震不规则性,提升了整体结构的抗震性能,使得车辆段顶盖层的结构承载力得到充分的发挥,体现了绿色、环保的设计理念,并大幅减少了盖上打凿及植筋量,满足了车辆段的保护原则,充分体现了对 TOD 项目结构特点和技术难点的考虑,满足安全、合理、经济的目标要求.

Demonstration of the structural transformation scheme on the top of subway depot

Abstract:The project covers the property on the top of the subway depot, the subway depot that has been put into use under thecover, and the multi-storey residential and kindergarten buildings would be built on the top. By means of scheme demonstrationand design optimization, the top floor of the subway depot was finally adopted as the design scheme to be the structural transferlayer. The frame beam of the top floor of the subway depot was reinforced by the way of connecting the upper inverse compositebeam at the point position. This scheme reduces the seismic irregularity of the structure, improves the seismic performance of thewhole structure, gives full play to the structural bearing capacity of the top floor subway depot, embodies the green andenvironmental protection design concept, and greatly reduces the cover chiseling and amount of planting reinforcement, whichmeets the protection principle of subway depot and fully reflects the consideration of the structural characteristics and technicaldifficulties of the TOD project. This scheme meet the safety, reasonable, economic objectives.
