西安某空间曲面混合框架结构设计与分析

摘要: 西咸空港综合保税区事务服务办理中心结构高度 29m,为不规则空间曲面混合框架结构. 采用一系列沿球面经线放射状布置的箱形曲线钢管承重钢肋,实现了建筑空间曲面造型;利用屈曲约束支撑灵活布置的特点,解决了南北建筑不规则平面的刚度不均匀问题;采用金属摩擦摆全向滑动支座,解决了南北建筑独立单元地震作用下相互影响问题. 采用 YJK 和 MIDAS Gen 软件分别对结构进行小震弹性及中震弹性、中震不屈服分析. 结果表明,结构受力性能满足要求,可以达到抗震性能的设计目标.

Design and analysis of composite frame structure of a space curved surface in Xi’an

Abstract: The structure of business service center of Xi’an Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone is 29m high, which is acomposite frame structure of space curved surface. A series of load-bearing steel ribs with box curves arranged radiallyalong the spherical longitude line were adopted to realize the curved shape of building space. The flexible arrangement ofbuckling restrained brace was utilized to solve the problem of uneven stiffness of irregular planes in north and southbuildings. The omnidirectional sliding bearing with metal friction pendulum was adopted to solve the problem of theinteraction between the north and south building independent units under earthquake action. YJK and MIDAS Gen softwarewere used to carry out analysis of the small earthquake elasticity, medium earthquake elasticity and medium earthquakenon-yield of the structure. The results show that the mechanical performance of the structure meets the requirements and thedesign goal of seismic performance can be achieved.
