摘要: 选取不同纤维长度、不同尺度(单一或多种长度混合)、掺量、掺入方式、分散剂作为影响因素进行纤维分散性试验研究,运用图像法及水洗法分别对聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维在水中和水泥砂浆中分散性能进行研究,探讨各因素对 PVA 纤维分散性影响规律及提高纤维分散性的调控方法. 结果表明:PVA 纤维长度为 8mm 时,分散性能最好;相同掺量时,多种长度混合纤维的分散性不如单尺度纤维分散性;分散剂对 PVA 纤维在水中分散性影响较小;在水泥砂浆中,纤维掺量越少、长度越短,纤维分散性越好.

Experimental study on dispersibility of polyvinyl alcohol fiber in fiber concrete

Abstract: Different fiber lengths, different scales ( single or multiple lengths mixed), dosage, blending method anddispersant were selected as influencing factors to conduct fiber dispersibility test. The dispersion properties of polyvinylalcohol (PVA) fiber in water and cement mortar were studied by image method and washing method respectively. Theinfluence of various factors on the dispersibility of PVA fiber and the regulation methods to improve the dispersibility of fiberwere discussed. The results show that the dispersion properties of PVA fiber is the best when the length of PVA fiber is8mm. At the same dosage, the dispersibility of mixed fibers of multiple lengths is not as good as that of single scale fibers.Dispersant has little effect on dispersibility of PVA fiber in water. In cement mortar, the less fiber content, the shorter thelength, the better the fiber dispersibility.
