耐火耐候钢-混凝土组合梁抗火性能试验研究

摘要: 目前钢-混凝土组合梁的压型钢板常作为模板使用,并非受力构件. 为达到防火和受力安全性需求,组合梁须涂装较厚防火层保护,这使得后期维护更新存在困难. 高性能耐火钢的应用为组合梁抗火提供了新思路. 对2 个不同荷载比的无涂装耐火钢组合梁主梁试件(压型钢板肋平行于钢梁)和 1 个次梁试件(压型钢板肋垂直于钢梁)进行抗火试验. 试验中对炉温、试件温度、挠度与应变进行监测. 结果表明:相同负载下,主梁试件的抗火性能显著优于次梁试件;试验终止时,组合梁变形未发生快速变化;相同条件下,组合梁的受力性能和耐火极限与钢梁、栓钉以及混凝土楼板的温度发展密切相关;所有组合梁均发生整体弯曲变形,且变形速率与竖向荷载大小以及温度场有关.

Fire-resistant experimental study on fire and corrosion resistant steel-concrete composite beams

Abstract: The profiled steel deck in steel-concrete composite beams is normally used as formworks instead of compositecomponents. In order to meet the demand of fire and safety, it is necessary to apply thick fire-protection coating whichmakes it difficult to maintain in the life period of composite beam. The application of high performance fire and corrosionresistant steel provides a new solution to improve the fire resistance of composite beams. Fire resistance tests were carriedout on two primary beams where the steel beam is parallel to the rib of profiled steel deck, and one secondary beam wherethe steel beam is perpendicular to the rib of profiled steel deck. The furnace temperature, specimen temperature, deflectionand strain were monitored during the test. The results show that the fire resistance of primary beam is significantly betterthan that of secondary beam under the same load. At the end of the test, the deformation of composite beams did not changerapidly. Under the same conditions, mechanical properties and fire resistance of composite beams are closely related to thetemperature development of steel beams, studs and concrete floors. The overall bending deformation occurs in all compositebeams, and the deformation rate is related to the vertical load and temperature distribution.
