上海世博温室张弦铝合金网格结构体系研究与工程应用

摘要: 以上海世博温室热带雨林馆(P3)为工程背景,结合温室建筑对结构通透性的需求,首先对平板型屋盖结构体系的设计难点进行分析,对结构体系方案进行比选及计算分析研究. 采用小模量非线性有限元方法并结合边界条件对屋盖结构进行找形分析,构建张弦网格结构体系,进一步对比分析了张弦网格结构体系和蜂窝型空间网架结构的特点,分析结构体系的竖向和水平向抗力系统. 结果表明两种结构体系均能满足结构刚度、稳定性及受力要求,都可有效解决多边形铝合金平板型结构面外刚度不足的难题,且对屋盖结构复杂边界的适应性好. 结合项目建筑效果、加工和施工难度等综合考虑,本项目最终实施方案为张弦铝合金网格结构体系,可推广应用于自由曲线边界屋盖建筑中.

Research and engineering application of string aluminum alloy grid structure systemfor Shanghai World Expo Greenhouse

Abstract: Based on the project background of the Tropical Rainforest Pavilion (P3) of Shanghai World Expo Greenhouseand the requirement of greenhouse buildings for structural permeability, firstly,the design difficulties of flat roof structuresystem were analyzed. The structural system schemes were compared, selected, calculated, analyzed and studied. Thesmall modulus nonlinear finite element method combined with boundary conditions was used to conduct shape findinganalysis on the roof structure, and the string grid structure system was constructed. The characteristics of the string gridstructure system and the honeycomb space frame were further compared and analyzed. The vertical and horizontal resistancesystems of the structural system were analyzed. The results show that the two structural systems can meet the structuralstiffness, stability and stress requirements, both can effectively solve the problem of insufficient out of plane stiffness ofpolygonal aluminum alloy plate structure, and have good adaptability to the complex boundary of roof structure. Consideringthe architectural effect, processing and construction difficulty of the project, the final implementation scheme of the projectis the string aluminum alloy grid structure system, which can be popularized and applied to the roof building with free curveboundary.
