西安国际足球中心屋盖钢结构设计

摘要: 西安国际足球中心屋盖主体结构采用周边刚性环壳承托的大开口正交索网结构,其设计完全贴合建筑造型的几何形态. 索网屋面由外压环、承重索、上下层稳定索、内拉环和折面膜构成,通过找形工作得到合理的索网形态,因屋盖形态复杂,进行了风致雪漂移试验、数值风洞试验和物理风洞试验,屋面拉索均采用进口全封闭索,屋面膜材采用以玻璃纤维为基布的 PTFE 涂层实体膜材. 内圈索网结构为自锚体系,与外圈网壳的连接支座采用施工张拉阶段可滑移支座,用以消除张拉力对外圈网壳的影响. 屋盖结构的多模型对比分析结果证明了分析模型的可靠性,双非线性整体稳定性分析结果表明屋盖具有良好的整体稳定性,关键节点的设计分析保证了结构连接的可靠性. 基于索网结构的内力分析结果和构件重要性程度,设置了屋盖结构的健康监测系统.

Structural design on steel roof of Xi′an International Football Center

Abstract: The roof main structure of the Xi′an International Football Center adopts an orthogonal cable net structure withlarge openings supported by the surrounding rigid ring shell, and its design completely conforms to the geometric form of thebuilding shape. The cable net roof is composed of outer pressure ring, load-bearing cable, upper and lower stabilizingcables, inner pull ring and folding membrane. A reasonable cable net shape is obtained through the form-finding work. Dueto the complex shape of the roof, wind-induced snow drift tests, numerical wind tunnel tests and physical wind tunnel testswere carried out. The roof cables are all imported fully enclosed cables, and the roof membrane is a PTFE-coated solidmembrane based on glass fiber. The inner ring cable net structure is a self-anchoring system, and the connecting supportwith the outer ring reticulated shell adopts a sliding bearing in the construction tension stage to eliminate the influence of thetension force on the outer ring reticulated shell. The multi-model comparative analysis results of the roof structure prove thereliability of the analysis model, the double nonlinear global stability analysis results show that the roof has good overallstability, and the design analysis of key nodes ensures the reliability of structural connections. Based on the internal forceanalysis results of the cablenet structure and the importance degree of the components, a health monitoring system of roofstructure was set up.
