上海滨江城风塔高耸悬挂结构设计

摘要: 上海滨江城风塔主体结构高度约 180m,采用了钢筋混凝土筒体+外悬挂圆柱面斜交网格钢网壳的高耸悬挂结构体系. 通过优化核心筒墙体布置及墙厚、分析筒体在重力二阶效应及水平荷载作用下墙肢拉压形态变化和屈曲模态、对比外悬挂幕墙对结构重心提高的影响,确保了主体结构具有良好的抗震性能. 同时,结合风洞试验结果,在悬挂结构底端采用自主研发的连杆支座实现了铰接连接节点的功能,且分析结果表明:节点试验结果与节点设计的性能一致,说明节点设计可靠,可以保证外悬挂幕墙钢网壳的安全性.

High-rise hanging structural design of wind tower in Shanghai Riverside City

Abstract: The main structure of the wind tower in Shanghai Riverside City hight is about 180m, the high-rising hangingstructures system that consist of reinforced concrete tube and steel suspended cylindrical reticulate shell was adopted. Byoptimizing the wall layout and wall thickness of the core tube, analyzing the shape change and buckling mode of wall limbunder the second order gravity effect and horizontal load of the tube, and comparing the influence of external hangingcurtain wall on the improvement of the structure′s center of gravity to ensure that the main structure has good seismicperformance. At the same time, combined with the wind tunnel test results, the independently developed connecting barbearing was set at the bottom of the hanging structure to realize the connecting function of hinge joint, the result of analysisshow that the outcome of the joint test meets the requirements of the performance of joint design, which ensuring therationality of the joint design and the safety of the steel lattice shell of the external hanging curtain wall.
