考虑挡风板的车辆侧风效应研究

摘 要

[摘要]强横风作用会导致车辆失稳事故。采用数值仿真(CFD)方法进行了行驶车辆在横风作用下空气动力学稳定性研究。介绍了网格模型和数值方法基础理论,通过对车体模型、网格类型、网格数量、湍流模型和边界条件的介绍,搭建车辆在侧风环境下的气动力分析数值平台。然后采用该数值平台进行轻型卡车模型在不同工况条件下的空气动力学稳定性分析。最后获得了车辆失稳的临界值,为车辆在横风环境下安全行驶,提供基础数据。分析结果表明,开孔挡风板的压降与粘性阻力呈二次方关系,与惯性阻力呈线性变化关系,其数值直接影响车辆侧风稳定性。

Study on cross-wind effects of driving vehicles on wind-barriers road

Abstract: The effects of strong cross-wind can cause vehicle instability accidents. A numerical simulation (CFD) method is adopted to study the aerodynamic stability of a driving vehicle under cross-wind. The grid model and basic theory numerical method were introduced and a numerical platform for aerodynamic analysis of the vehicle in the side seam environment was built through the introduction of the car body model, grid type, number of grids, turbulence model and boundary conditions. Then the aerodynamic stability analysis of the light truck model under different working conditions was analyzed by this numerical platform. Finally, the critical value of vehicle instability was obtained to provide basic data for the safe driving of the vehicle in a cross-wind environment. The results show that the pressure drop of the perforated baffle has a quadratic relation with the viscous resistance and a linear relation with the inertia resistance, and its value directly affects the crosswind stability of the vehicle.
