预应力混凝土带肋叠合底板肋部开槽的受力验算及合理性分析*

[摘要]预应力混凝土带肋叠合板具有良好的受力性能和经济优势,是一种常见的装配式叠合楼板。预应力带肋叠合底板由于板肋的存在给施工阶段管线的布置造成了困难,通过肋部开槽可以解决此问题,但肋部开槽位置的不合理会造成底板的刚度及承载能力不满足施工阶段的受力要求。通过理论分析和试验验证对预应力带肋叠合底板肋部开槽进行抗弯性能研究,给出预应力带肋叠合底板肋部开槽的合理条件、开槽后挠度计算公式、跨间无支撑施工开槽的设计流程。

Mechanical checking calculation and rationality analysis about slotting in the ribs of prestressed concrete ribbed composite slab

Abstract: Prestressed concrete ribbed composite slab is a common prefabricated composite floor with good mechanical properties and economic advantages. However, due to the existence of ribs of prestressed concrete ribbed composite bottom slab, it is difficult to arrange the pipeline in the construction stage. Through opening slots in the ribs, the problem of pipeline layout can be solved well, but the unreasonable position of rib slotting causes the change of the rigidity and bearing capacity of the bottom slab  to fail to meet the mechanical requirements in the construction stage. The bending performance study was conducted on the slotting in the ribs of prestressed concrete ribbed composite bottom slab  through theoretical analysis and experimental verification. Finally, the reasonable conditions of slotting in the ribs of prestressed concrete ribbed composite bottom slab, the theoretical calculation formula of the deflection after slotting, and the design process of slotting in the unsupported construction between spans were provided.
