大型摄影棚屋盖网架与支承框架协同工作分析*

[摘要]对于大型摄影棚结构,合理考虑屋盖结构和支承结构协同作用是结构设计的关键。以某大型摄影棚结构为研究对象,利用SAP2000软件建立了屋盖网架固定铰支座模型、等效弹性支座模型和整体结构模型,并对其进行了静动力对比分析,讨论了下部支承结构对上部屋盖网架受力的影响。分析结果表明,固定铰支座模型与整体结构模型的应力差值较大,将下部支承结构简化后的等效弹性支座模型在静载和单独竖向地震作用时可代替整体结构模型进行分析,考虑水平向地震作用和三维地震作用时应采用整体结构模型。

Cooperative work analysis of roof grid and supporting frame in large-scale studio

Abstract: For large-scale studio structures, reasonable consideration of the cooperative interaction between roof structure and support structure is the key point for structural design. Take a large-scale studio structure as the research object, the fixed hinge support model of space truss roof, the equivalent elastic support model and the overall structure model were established through SAP2000. The static and dynamic comparative analyses for different models were carried out, the influence of the lower support structure on the mechanical behavior of the upper space truss roof was discussed. The analysis results indicate that there is a great difference of stress between fixed hinge support model and overall structure model. Under the static loading and single vertical seismic action, the simplified equivalent elastic support model of the lower support structure can replace the overall structure model for analysis. While considering the horizontal seismic action and the three-dimensional seismic action, the overall structure model should be selected.
