雄安站大跨度钢结构设计与研究

[摘要]雄安站站房建筑造型新颖,屋盖面积巨大。结合建筑方案特点,高架候车厅与站台雨棚的屋盖均采用单层正交结构体系,结构布置与建筑功能高度契合。针对结构的特点与高抗震设防烈度要求,提出根据构件部位与受力特点分段确定抗震构造措施的方法,有效减小结构用钢量。通过分析轴压比、径厚比与长细比对钢管柱变形性能的影响,对支承雨棚的钢柱屈服变形角与极限变形角进行适当放松。将等厚箱形柱改为上部壁厚小、下部壁厚大的变阶形式,构件外形尺寸保持不变,在抗侧刚度相等的条件下,节约钢材的效果较好。提出一种腹板带加劲肋的薄壁箱形梁,通过在腹板设置纵向槽形加劲肋、横向加劲肋以及缀板的方式,保证构件具有较高的稳定承载力,便于加工制作与现场安装。研发的屋面与连桥的连接方式,在保证结构竖向承载能力的同时,可以有效适应相邻结构之间的大位移。罕遇地震作用下动力弹塑性时程分析和防连续倒塌分析结果表明,结构满足“大震不倒”的性能目标,个别构件失效不会引发结构连续倒塌。

Design and research of large-span steel structure for Xiong’an Railway Station

Abstract: Xiong’an Railway Station has a novel architectural modeling and a huge roof area. Combined with the characteristics of the architectural scheme, the single-story orthogonal structure system is adopted for the roofs of the elevated waiting hall and platform canopies. The structural arrangement is highly consistent with the building function. According to the characteristics of structure and the requirements of high fortification intensity, the method of determining the aseismic structural measures by sections by the component position and stress characteristics was proposed, which can effectively reduce the steel consumption of structure. By investigating the influence of axial compression ratio, diameter thickness ratio and slenderness ratio on the deformation performance of steel tubular columns, the yield deformation angle and ultimate deformation angle of canopies were relaxed appropriately. The equal thickness box column is changed into the variable step form with small upper wall thickness and large lower wall thickness, and the dimension of the columns component remain unchanged. Under the condition of equal lateral stiffness, the effect of variable form column on saving steel is better. Thin-walled box beam with stiffeners was proposed. By setting longitudinal channel stiffeners, transverse stiffeners and batten plates in the web, the member has a high stable bearing capacity, which is convenient for processing and field installation. The connection shapes of the roof and the bridge can effectively adapt to the large displacement between adjacent structures while ensuring the vertical bearing capacity of the structure. The results of dynamic elasto-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake and prevention of progressive collapse analysis show that the structure meets the performance goal of “no collapsing under strong earthquake”, and individual component failure will not lead to progressive collapse.
