基于振动测试的半隐框结构双层中空玻璃幕墙边界松弛试验研究*

[摘要]为研究玻璃幕墙边界松弛后玻璃面板振动特性,对两个足尺横隐框竖明框玻璃幕墙试件进行振动法测试试验,考察实际工程中边界条件和边界松弛条件下幕墙面板单元的的振动特性,对双层弹性薄板的解析解进行分析。研究结果表明:双层钢化玻璃面板的振动过程是内外片玻璃协同工作相互耦合的过程;当不对幕墙进行激励时,实测第一阶自振频率主要为幕墙整体单元的基频,其主要特征为所有面板测得基频基本一致;试验边界构造条件下玻璃面板基频在两长边简支板基频至四边嵌固板基频范围之间;随着竖向压条的拆除,玻璃面板实测基频降低;而水平边界密封胶的拆除、破坏等对玻璃面板基频无明显影响。

Test study on boundary relaxation of double-layer insulating glass curtain wall with semi-hidden frame based on vibration test

Abstract: For the study of glass curtain wall boundary relaxation after glass panel vibration characteristics, testing experiment using vibration method was conducted on the two full scale glass curtain wall specimens with horizontal hidden frame and vertical apparent frame, the vibration characteristics of the curtain wall panel unit under boundary conditions and boundary relaxation conditions in the actual project was investigated and the analytical solution of double layer elastic thin plate was analyzed. The study results show that the vibration process of the double-layer panel is a process of mutual coupling between the inner and outer sheets of glass; when the curtain wall is not excited, the measured first-order natural frequency is mainly the fundamental frequency of the overall unit of the curtain wall, and its main feature is that the measured fundamental frequencies of all panels are basically the same; the fundamental frequency of the glass panel under the experimental boundary structure conditions is between the fundamental frequencies of the two long sides simply supported plate and the four sides of the embedded plate; with the removal of the vertical battens, the measured fundamental frequency of the glass panel is reduced; and the removal and destruction of the horizontal boundary sealant has no significant effect on the fundamental frequency of the glass panel.
