[摘要]以杭州萧山国际机场辐射制冷屋面系统为背景,介绍了辐射制冷金属屋面系统的施工工艺,主要包括辐射制冷金属板保护膜贴合工艺,辐射制冷金属板压型工艺,辐射制冷压型钢板的固定、锁边、加强筋安装等工序的施工工艺。针对辐射制冷金属板的节能效果进行测试。结果表明,在正午12∶00,环境温度16℃的条件下,与常规氟碳钢板相比,辐射制冷钢板测温箱内部温度低6℃。

Research on construction technology of radi-cool metal roof system

Abstract: The radi-cool roof system of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport as the project background, the construction technology of the application of radi-cool metal roof system was introduced, including the construction the technology of the protective film bonding process of the radi-cool metal plate, the molding process of the radi-cool metal plate, the fixation, locking and reinforcement installation of the radi-cool steel plate. The energy saving effect of the radi-cool metal plate was tested.The results show that under the condition of 12∶00 noon and 16 ℃ ambient temperature, the internal temperature of the testing box using with radi-cool metal sheet is 6 ℃ lower than that with fluorocarbon coating metal sheet.
