上海深坑酒店关键建造技术研究

[摘要]上海深坑酒店是世界首个建造在废弃矿坑内的自然生态酒店,建造过程中面临诸多困难。上海深坑酒店整体依附废弃的深坑崖壁而建,深坑崖壁的稳定性直接影响建筑的安全性,根据分析结果对崖壁进行了加固处理。上海深坑酒店结构形式新颖,为独特的两点支承式钢框架结构体系,结构主体在水平荷载作用下体现出一端固接、一端简支梁的变形和受力特性。运用有限元分析软件,分析了结构的模态特性和在地震作用下受力特性。上海深坑酒店是在地表下88m的采石坑内建成的。通过发明了一套混凝土超深向下输送设备,解决了混凝土向下超深输送的困难。通过有限元软件对整体结构施工过程进行了模拟,为整体结构的施工提供了安全保障;根据深坑内环境监测数据筛选出适应不同区域崖壁生存的绿植,对深坑内的环境进行了修复。

  Research on key construction technologies of InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland Hotel

Abstract: InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland Hotel is the world′s first natural ecological hotel built in an abandoned mine, and it faced many difficulties in the construction process. The hotel is built around the abandoned deep pit cliffs, and the stability of the deep pit cliffs directly affects the safety of the building. The cliff was reinforced according to the analysis results. The structure of InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland Hotel is novel. The hotel adopts a unique two-point supporting steel frame structural system. Under the action of horizontal load, the main structure exhibits the deformation and stress characteristics of one end fixed and one end simply supported beams. Using finite element analysis software, the modal characteristics and stress characteristics of the structure under earthquake action were analyzed. The hotel was built in a quarry 88 meters below the surface of the earth. By inventing a set of concrete super-deep downward conveying equipment, the difficulty of concrete super-deep downward conveying was solved. The construction process of the whole structure was simulated by finite element software, which provided a safety guarantee for the construction of the whole structure. According to the monitoring data of the environment in the deep pit, the green plants adapted to the survival of the cliff in different areas were screened out, and the environment in the deep pit was repaired.
