坑式静压桩用于建筑物不均匀沉降的加固研究

摘 要

[摘要] 对某具体工程主体结构与隔墙上裂缝进行现场查勘,分析结构上裂缝的形态、宽度、分布规律。分析结果表明,建筑物主裙楼发生不均匀沉降是导致主体结构与隔墙产生裂缝的主要原因。提出采用坑式静压桩用于该建筑物不均匀沉降加固,对坑式静压桩用于地基基础加固的设计及施工方法进行详细介绍。该工程加固后效果良好,研究结果可为同类型建筑物的不均匀沉降加固提供参考。

 Research on reinforcement of building uneven settlement with pit static pressure pile

Abstract: Based on the field investigation of the cracks in the main structure and partition walls of a specific project, and the form, width and distribution of the cracks on the structure were analyzed. The analysis results show that the uneven settlement between the main and the podium building was the main cause of the cracks in the main structure and partition walls. And it was proposed to adopt the pit static pressure pile to reinforce the building’uneven settlement, and the design and construction methods of the pit static pressure piles for the foundation reinforcement were introduced in detail. The project had a good effect after reinforcement, and the research results can provide a reference for the uneven settlement reinforcement of the same type of buildings.
