小体量建筑的结构设计智慧

[摘要] 某综合办公楼项目采用了现浇钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,介绍了该项目的结构设计,辅助建筑师提出漂浮盒子和折板平台的设计理念,巧妙地解决了功能流线、成本控制、结构合理性等多种因素的影响。综合考虑成本控制、后期维护、施工界面交接以及当地施工水平等多种因素,以钢筋混凝土开洞剪力墙与梁板组成的箱形截面的实腹空间桁架结构,解决上部整体悬挑12.1m的问题,验算了悬挑构件的裂缝、挠度和舒适度,进行了施工阶段模拟,并制定了详细的卸载方案。结果表明:结构设计方案是合理、经济、可行的。

Wisdom of structure design in small volume building

Abstract:A comprehensive office building project adopts the cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system, the structural design of this project was introduced, and assists the architect, the design concept of floating box and folding platform was put forward, which skillfully solves various influencing factors such as functional streamline, cost control, structural rationality, etc. Considering the cost control, post maintenance, construction interface handover and local construction level and other factors, the solid web space truss structure with box section composed of reinforced concrete perforated shear wall and beam slab was used to solve the problem of overall overhanging of 12.1 meters. The cracks, deflection and comfort of the cantilever elements were checked, the construction stage simulation was carried out, and the detailed unloading scheme was formulated. The results show that the scheme of this structural design is very reasonable, economical and practical.
