预应力空心板技术在大跨度楼盖中的应用

[摘要] 以北京亦庄X39地块学校溜冰场大跨度、大荷载楼盖为例,首先介绍此类构件设计的基本内容,包括板的力学模型、预应力筋形式、正截面承载力计算、空心区上翼缘受压高度的局部调整、斜截面承载力计算、板跨中变形计算等;在构件设计基础上,介绍了空心板结构整体设计过程,包括计算模型、预应力效应的考虑、舒适度的计算等;结合本工程的具体特点,在施工中又采取了一些技术优化措施,最后取得了很好的技术经济效果。

Application of prestressed hollow slab technology in large span floor

Abstract: Taking the large-span and large-load floor of the school ice rink in Beijing Yizhuang X39 Site as an example, first the basic contents of this kind of member design were introduced, including the mechanical model of slab, the form of prestress tendons, the calculation of normal section bearing capacity, the local adjustment of compression height of upper flange in hollow area, the calculation of oblique section bearing capacity, the calculation of slab mid span deformation, etc. On the basis of member design, the overall design process of hollow slab structure was introduced, including calculation model, consideration of prestress effect, calculation of comfort, etc. Combined with the specific characteristics of the project, some technical optimization measures were taken in the construction, and finally good technical and economic results were achieved.
