青少年户外培训基地综合体育馆屋盖优化设计

[摘要] 介绍了青少年户外培训基地综合体育馆的工程概况,阐述了跨度为105m的弦支穹顶结构体系优化设计及选定过程。将初设方案和施工图优化方案进行了对比分析研究,对比内容包括屈曲模态、几何非线性屈曲、双非线性屈曲等。除此之外进行了整体抗连续倒塌验算。研究成果表明将外侧网架与单层网壳弦支穹顶连接成整体,并通过悬挑桁架和环向桁架进行整体刚度加强后,结构整体稳定性得到较大提高,有效避免了单层网壳转折点受力集中,同时结构不会发生连续倒塌破坏,并节约了预应力索用量、支座数量以及整体用钢量,经济指标更为良好。

Optimal design on complex gymnasium’s roof of Teenagers’ Training Base

Abstract: The project overview of complex gymnasium of Teenagers’ Training Base was summarized, the optimal design and selective process on structure system of suspend-dome spanning 105 meters. The comparative analysis between initial design and optimized construction drawing, including buckling mode, geometrical nonlinear buckling, geometrical-material nonlinear buckling and so on. Besides, the overall anti-continuous collapse check was carried out. The result shows that the stability of structure can be enhanced by integrating outer space truss with suspen-dome of single-layer reticulated shell into a whole, and strengthening the overall rigidity through cantilever truss and hoop truss. According to this method, it effectively avoids the concentrated stress on hinge of single-layer reticulated shell, prevents progressive collapse and damage, save prestressed cables, bearings and steel used, which is more economical.
