日照奎山体育中心体育场看台结构设计

[摘要]日照奎山体育中心体育场看台采用钢筋混凝土框架-钢支撑结构体系,根据建筑方案要求,看台为椭圆形的无缝结构。采用MIDAS Gen分析了环形超长混凝土看台的温度应力,并采取补偿混凝土、后浇带和预应力钢筋等措施控制楼板裂缝。采用ANSYS对型钢混凝土巨柱进行有限元分析,并采取增大截面、提高含钢率和混凝土等级等措施使其满足罕遇地震作用下抗剪弹性、抗弯不屈服的性能目标。最后对预制清水混凝土看台板的设计难点和解决方法进行了总结。

Structural design on stadium grandstand of Kuishan Sports Center in Rizhao

Abstract: The stadium grandstand of Kuishan Sports Center Stadium in Rizhao adopts reinforced concrete frame-steel support structure system. According to the requirements of the architectural scheme, the grandstand is an oval seamless structure. MIDAS Gen was used to analyze the temperature stress of annular super long concrete grandstand, and measures such as compensating concrete, post cast strip and prestressed reinforcement were taken to control floor cracks. ANSYS was used to carry out finite element analysis of steel reinforced concrete giant columns, and measures such as increasing the section, increasing the steel content and concrete grade were taken to meet the performance goal of shear elasticity and bending without yielding under rare earthquake. Finally,the design difficulties and solution methods of precast fair faced concrete viewing platform were summarized.
