日照奎山体育中心体育场轮辐式索膜结构屋盖设计

[摘要]  日照奎山体育中心体育场为椭圆形平面轮辐式波形索膜结构屋盖体育场,由于屋盖平面曲率的变化,使得索力分布不均匀,找形及设计难度较大。设计过程中考虑了不均匀雪荷载、温度作用以及风荷载组合工况,对屋盖索膜结构承载力和变形进行分析;对钢屋盖的抗震性能和节点应力进行了计算;对关键索的断索及关键支座失效进行防连续倒塌分析;对环桁架的整体稳定问题也进行了探讨。结果表明,屋盖结构设计满足要求,并留有一定的安全储备。

 Design on wheel-spoke shaped cable-membrane structure roof of stadium of Kuishan Sports Center in Rizhao

Abstract: The stadium of Kuishan Sports Center in Rizhao is an elliptical-plane stadium with wheel-spoke shaped corrugated cable-membrane structure roof. Due to the plane curvature change of the roof, the distribution of cable force is uneven, which makes the form finding and design very difficult. In the process of design, the bearing capacity and deformation of cable-membrane structure roof were analyzed considering the combined conditions of uneven snow load, temperature and wind load. The seismic performance and joint stress of the steel roof were calculated. The analysis of preventing progressive collapses caused by the broken of key cables and the failure of the key supports are carried out, and the overall stability of the ring truss was also discussed. The calculation results show that the design of roof structure meets the requirements and has a certain safety reserve.
