[摘要]为研究不同保温材料砌块夹心保温墙的抗火性能,对两片砌块夹心保温墙试件进行了单面受火试验。试验观察了墙体受火过程中的现象,分析了墙体平面外挠度与受火时间的关系;根据试件的截面温度场分布,对比了不同保温材料墙体的保温隔热性能。试验结果表明:受火60min条件下,保温材料分别为岩棉和苯板的砌块夹心保温墙均能满足《建筑构件耐火试验方法》(GB/T 9978.1—2008)关于承载力、完整性以及隔热性的要求。

Experimental study on fire resistance behavior of block sandwich thermal insulation wall

Abstract: To investigate the fire resistance behavior of block sandwich thermal insulation wall with different thermal insulation materials, single side fire tests were carried out on two block sandwich thermal insulation wall specimens. The phenomenon of the walls exposured to fire was observed and the relationship between the out-of-plane deflection of the wall and the time of exposure to the fire was analyzed. According to the section temperature field distribution of the specimens, the thermal insulation performance of the wall with different thermal insulation materials was compared. The test results show that the block sandwich thermal insulation walls with rock wool and benzene board as insulation materials can meet the requirements of Fire-resistance test: elements of building construction (GB/T 9978.1—2008) on bearing capacity, integrity and heat insulation under the condition of exposure to fire for 60 minutes.
