变电站用隔声性能优化的装配式墙板设计及试验研究*

[摘要]变电站模块化建设已成为我国变电站设计主流,但是,模块化户内变电站的围护结构对电力设备噪声的控制能力是有限的。在原有模块化户内变电站用的装配式墙板的基础上,根据墙板隔声性能相关的理论依据,对其进行了隔声性能优化设计,并采用混响室法对原墙板与新墙板进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,无论在中低频区还是在中高频区,优化后的新墙板的隔声量相对原墙板都有了较大幅度的提高,优化设计的效果明显。并且新墙板具有机械强度高、保温隔热性能好、防火等优点,在变电站噪声治理方面具有重要的工程应用价值和社会效益。

Design and experimental research of fabricated wallboard optimized for sound insulation performance in substations

Abstract: Modular construction of substations has become the mainstream of substation design in China. However, the envelope structure of modular indoor substations merely has limited ability in controlling the noises from power equipment. Based on the original fabricated wallboard for modular indoor substations, the sound insulation performance of the wallboard optimization design was carried out according to the theoretical basis related to the sound insulation performance of the wallboard, and the original and new wallboards were experimentally researched with the method of the reverberation-chamber. The research results show that the sound insulation index of the new wallboards is greatly improved in both the middle-and-low frequency regions and the middle-and-high frequency regions compared to the original wallboards, and the effect of optimization design is obvious. Furthermore, the new wallboards still have the advantages of high mechanical strength, good thermal insulation performance and fire prevention, and have important engineering application value and social benefits in substation noise control.
