两边简支的预制混凝土无机保温夹心墙体抗火性能试验研究*

[摘要]开展了一种新型预制混凝土无机保温夹心墙体抗火试验研究,该墙体由内、外叶钢筋混凝土墙,无机保温砂浆夹心层及FRP连接件组成。试验按照ISO 834升温曲线受火60min(炉膛最高温度为945℃),重点对预制混凝土无机保温夹心墙体在火灾下的破坏形态、温度场分布、耐火隔热性等进行研究。研究表明:在受火60min情况下,外叶墙(即下叶墙)中FRP连接件的最高温度为443.5℃,迎火面最高温度649℃,背火面最高温度22.2℃;预制混凝土无机保温夹心墙体满足《建筑构件耐火试验方法》(GB/T 9978.1—2008)规定的墙体承载力、完整性和耐火隔热性要求,同时也达到《建筑设计防火规范》(GB 50016—2014)(2018年版)中规定的非承重外墙耐火极限60min要求。

Experimental study on fire resistance performance of two-side simply-supported precast concrete sandwich wall with inorganic thermal insulation

Abstract: The fire resistance test was carried out on a new type of precast concrete sandwich wall with inorganic thermal insulation. The wall is composed of internal and external reinforced concrete walls, a sandwich layer of inorganic thermal insulation mortar and FRP connectors. The test was conducted in accordance with ISO 834 heating curve for 60 minutes (maximum temperature of the furnace is 945℃), and the damage morphology, temperature field distribution, fire resistance and heat insulation of the precast concrete sandwich wall with inorganic thermal insulation under fire were studied. Studies show that under fire for 60min, the maximum temperature of the FRP connector in the external wall (i.e. the lower wall) is 443.5℃, the highest temperature of the fire-facing surface is 649℃, and the highest temperature of the fire-back surface is 22.2℃; precast concrete sandwich wall with inorganic thermal insulation meets the requirements of the wall bearing capacity, integrity and fire resistance and heat insulation specified in the Fire-resistance tests Elements of building construction (GB/T 9978.1—2008), and also meets the stipulation of Code for fire protection design of buildings (GB 50016—2014) (2018 edition) for the non-load-bearing external wall fire resistance limit of 60min.
