带水平接缝单面叠合剪力墙平面外受力性能试验研究*

[摘要]为研究采用《装配式混凝土建筑技术标准》(GB/T 51231—2016)附录A规定的水平接缝连接方式的单面叠合剪力墙平面外受力性能,完成了1片带水平接缝单面叠合剪力墙和1片现浇剪力墙试件的平面外受力单调加载试验。结果表明:单面叠合剪力墙试件的裂缝分布形态与现浇剪力墙试件相同,均表现为典型的弯曲破坏特征;单面叠合剪力墙试件在平面外受力时的初始刚度、延性性能、极限承载力均明显高于现浇剪力墙试件,平面外刚度退化速度略大于现浇剪力墙试件;采用该水平接缝连接方式的竖向连接钢筋能有效传递钢筋应力;在平面外荷载作用下,单面叠合剪力墙的整体性保持完好,预制后浇混凝土界面未发生剪切滑移破坏。在试验研究基础上,采用ABAQUS软件对试件进行有限元建模分析,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好;计算结果表明,随着轴压比增大,单面叠合剪力墙的平面外承载力明显增加,而延性明显降低;竖向连接钢筋搭接长度越短,平面外承载力越低。

Experimental study on out-of-plane mechanical behavior of a single-side superposed shear wall with horizontal joints

Abstract: In order to investigate the out-of-plane mechanical property of single-side superposed shear walls with horizontal joint connection specified in Appendix A of the Technical standard for assembled buildings with concrete structure (GB/T 51231—2016), the out-of-plane monotonic loading tests were conducted on one single-side superposed shear walls with horizontal joints and one cast-in-situ shear wall. The test results indicated that the fracture distribution pattern of the two shear walls are similar, which shows typical bending failure characteristics. The out-of-plane initial stiffness, ductility and ultimate bearing capacity of the single-side superposed shear wall specimen are obviously higher than that of the cast-in-situ shear wall specimen, but the out-of-plane stiffness degradation rate is slightly faster than that of the cast-in-situ shear wall specimen. Vertical connection steel bars with the horizontal joint connection have good load transfer performance. The integrity of the single-side superposed shear wall section remains intact under the out-of-plane loading and the precast-post cast concrete interface fail to occur shear slip. On the experimental basis, finite element modeling analysis of the shear wall carried out by the ABAQUS, the finite element simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The finite element parametric analysis show that with the increase of axial compression ratio, the out-of-plane bearing capacity of the single-side superposed shear wall increases significantly, but the ductility decreases significantly. The shorter the overlapping length of the vertical connecting reinforcement is, the lower the out-of-plane bearing capacity of the specimen is.
