某大跨度空间钢管桁架拱门结构设计

[摘要]以某标识性拱门项目为例,介绍了大跨度空间钢管桁架的设计要点。采用MIDAS软件对结构进行整体受力和位移分析、非线性稳定性分析、复杂节点受力分析以及施工阶段模拟分析。分析结果表明,该结构位移及强度满足规范要求,其整体稳定性较强,关键复杂节点受力性能良好,施工阶段模拟分析能够保障支撑胎架拆除阶段整体的结构安全性。对于类似大跨度项目,应对结构关键节点进行针对性分析,并充分结合现场施工组织,对施工过程中结构内力变化进行综合评估。

Structural design of a large-span space steel pipe truss arch

Abstract: Take an iconic arch project as an example,The design key points of a large-span space steel pipe truss were introduced. The MIDAS software was used to perform overall force and deformation analysis, nonlinear stability analysis, force analysis of complex nodes, and simulation of the construction stages. The analysis results show that the displacement and strength of the structure meet the requirements of the specification, its overall stability is strong, and the key and complex nodes possess good mechanical performance. The simulation analysis during the construction phase can ensure the overall structural safety at the removal phase of supporting tire frames. For similar long-span projects, the targeted analysis should be carried out for key structural nodes, and a comprehensive assessment of the internal force changes of the structure during the construction process should be fully combined with the on-site construction organization.
