某超高层框支剪力墙高位转换结构设计

[摘要]某超高层建筑31层,房屋总高度144.55m,采用高位转换部分框支剪力墙结构体系。叙述了该项目的前期设计思路、超限情况、抗震性能设计、高位转换结构专项分析及结构相应加强措施等内容,专项分析中对结构转换层上下刚度比验算、型钢在转换构件中的应用、转换层上层墙超限分析、框支构件极限承载力验算等问题进行了介绍。结果表明,利用设备转换的空间增加转换层上层层高以及层高根据梁刚度作用点来计算等措施,可有效提高转换层上下层刚度比值;型钢转换梁、柱的采用,既能使结构构件满足建筑对空间尺寸的要求,又能有效解决柱轴压比、转换梁上层剪力墙抗剪承载力超限等问题。

Structural design of high-level conversion of a super-tall frame-supported shear wall structure

Abstract: A super-tall building with 31 floors and a total height of 144.55m adopts frame-supported shear wall structural system with high-level conversion part. The project preliminary design idea, out-of-code condition, performance-based seismic design, specific analysis on high-level conversion structure and the corresponding structural strengthening measures were described. In specific analysis, check calculation of the stiffness ratios of upper and lower layers to the structural conversion layer, the application of section steel components in conversion members, out-of-code analysis of upper wall of conversion layer, ultimate bearing capacity calculation of frame-supported members were introduced. The results show that the stiffness ratios of upper and lower layers to the structural conversion layer can be effectively increased by using the space of equipment conversion to increase the height of the upper layer of conversion layer and calculating the height according to the beam stiffness point; the use of section steel conversion beams and columns can make structural members meet the requirements of building space size and can also effectively solve the out-of-code problems of column axial compression ratio and out-of-code problem of shear capacity of shear wall in the upper layer of conversion beam.
