[摘要]某二层地下室因抗浮设防水位偏低导致其建成后抗浮措施失效。分析了抗浮措施失效的原因。通过比选多种处理措施,采用排水限压法控制地下水位。通过在集水坑设置倒U形管,控制地下水排水标高,降低渗流水位差,减少渗流水量和排水水量。最后对排水限压法的保障措施、监测和维护内容给出了建议。

Study on anti-floating treatment of existing projects with drainage pressure limiting method

Abstract: The anti-floating measures failed after the completion of a two-story basement due to the low anti-floating waterproof level. The causes of the failure of anti-floating measures were analyzed.By comparing and selecting a variety of treatment measures, the scheme of drainage pressure limiting method was adopted to control the groundwater level. By setting an inverted U-shaped pipe in the catchment pit, the elevation of groundwater drainage was controlled, the difference of seepage water level was reduced, and the amount of seepage and drainage water were reduced. Finally, suggestions were given for the safeguard measures, monitoring and maintenance of the drainage pressure limiting method.
