全长压力型后张预应力抗浮锚杆结构设计研究

[摘要]目前预应力抗浮锚杆存在施工工艺复杂、渗水隐患大、工程造价高等问题,限制了其在工程中的运用。介绍了一种全长压力型后张预应力抗浮锚杆,此预应力抗浮锚杆通过在锚杆顶端设置预应力传递装置,将地下室底板受到的水浮力传递给锚杆;该预应力传递装置一方面为预应力筋提供张拉平台,另一方面承担锚杆在地下室底板中的锚固。预应力抗浮锚杆在地下室底板混凝土浇筑前完成张拉,保持了地下室底板的完整性,消除了渗水隐患。最后对此预应力抗浮锚杆设计的关键技术进行了研究。

Study on structural design of full-length compression post-tensioned prestressed anti-floating anchor

Abstract: At present, prestressed anti-floating anchor has problems such as complex construction technology, high water seepage hazards, and high engineering costs, which limit its application in engineering. A full-length compression post-tensioned prestressed anti-floating anchor was introduced. The prestressed anti-floatation anchor can transfer the water buoyancy of the basement floor to the anchor by setting a prestressed transmission device at the top of the anchor. On the one hand, the prestressed transmission device provides a tensioning platform for the prestressed reinforcement, and on the other hand, and it undertakes the anchoring in the basement floor. The tension of the prestressed anti-floating anchor was completed before concrete pouring of the basement floor, which maintains the integrity of the basement floor and eliminates the hidden danger of water seepage. Finally, the key technology of the prestressed anti-floating anchor design was studied.
