已建超高层建筑拆除剪力墙的施工分析

[摘要]改建项目塔楼高144.6m,主体结构已封顶,因建筑布局的调整,首层以上需要全楼拆除4片主抗侧力剪力墙,并重建恢复楼层,设计及施工难度很大。改建方案采用带局部钢框架的框架-剪力墙结构体系,施工采用基于相互约束条件的分段,同步拆、建技术方案,并确保结构在施工阶段具有足够的安全冗余度和施工质量保证率。采用YJK,MIDAS Gen软件对施工阶段结构受力进行验算。结果表明,该施工方案能够满足同步拆、建过程中不同荷载工况下的受力要求,能确保施工阶段的安全。

Construction analysis on demolition of shear walls in existing super high-rise building

Abstract:The tower of the reconstruction project is 144.6m high, and the main structure has been completed. Due to the adjustment of the building layout, it is necessary to demolish 4 main lateral shear walls in the entire building above the first floor, and rebuild and restore the floor. The design and construction are very difficult. The reconstruction plan adopts a frame-shear wall structure system with local steel frame, and the construction adopts a technical plan of segmentation, simultaneous demolition and construction based on mutual restraint conditions, and it is necessary to ensure that the structure has sufficient safety redundancy and construction quality assurance rate during the construction phase. YJK and MIDAS Gen software were used to check the structural force during the construction phase. The results show that the construction plan can meet the force requirements under different load conditions during the simultaneous demolition and construction process, and can ensure the safety of the construction phase.
