已建超高层建筑拆除剪力墙的结构分析

[摘要]改建项目塔楼高144.6m,主体结构已封顶,因建筑布局的调整,首层以上需要全楼拆除4片主抗侧力剪力墙,充分考虑原结构刚度分布特点及改建施工要求,改建方案采用带局部钢框架的框架-剪力墙结构体系。结构设计除应满足理论受力要求外,更以减少原结构的损伤,提高结构可靠度为目标;结构构造着重于新、旧混凝土连接的可靠性,施工的可行性,并以提高施工质量保证率作为目标。分别采用YJK,ETABS,SAUSAGE软件对改建结构进行分析,分析结果表明,结构各项指标能够满足规范要求。

Structural analysis of demolition of shear walls in existing super high-rise building

Abstract: The tower of the reconstruction project is 144.6m high, and the main structure has been completed. Due to the adjustment of the building layout, 4 main lateral shear walls need to be demolished in the entire building above the first floor. Fully considering the rigidity distribution characteristics of the original structure and the reconstruction construction requirements, frame-shear wall structure system with local steel frame was adopted in the reconstruction plan. The structural design should not only meet the theoretical stress requirements, but also aim to reduce the damage of the original structure and improve the reliability of the structure; the structural construction target focuses on the reliability of the new and old concrete connections, the feasibility of construction, and aims to improve the quality rate of construction. YJK, ETABS and SAUSAGE softwares were used to analyze the reconstructed structure. The analysis results show that the various indicators of the structure can meet the requirements of the specification.
