某复杂超限高层建筑的大跨连体结构设计

[摘要]某工程为复杂超限高层建筑,包含63m的大跨度连体结构,连体结构为钢结构桁架,两侧塔楼为钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系。连体结构两侧塔楼平面形状不对称,刚度、周期相差较大,且地震作用方向有夹角。针对本工程建筑使用要求及结构特点,选取几种连体形式进行了对比。采用多种有限元软件对连体结构的承载力、楼板应力、结构舒适度和温度应力进行了分析。结果表明结构满足抗震设防目标,满足规范要求。

Design on large-span conjoined structure of a complex over-limit high-rise building

Abstract: A project is a complex over-limit high-rise building, including a large-span conjoined structure of 63m. The conjoined structure is a steel truss, and the towers on both sides are a reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system. The plane shape of the towers on both sides of the conjoined structure is asymmetrical, the stiffness and period are quite different, and the earthquake action direction has an angle. For the architecture requirements and structural characteristics of the project, several conjoined models were selected for comparison. A variety of finite element software was used to analyze the bearing capacity, floor stress, structural comfort and temperature stress of the conjoined structure. The results show that the structure meets the seismic fortification objectives and meets the requirements of the code.
