玉环图书馆与博物馆结构设计

[摘要]玉环图书馆与博物馆结构高度分别为15.5m和24m,几种典型结构单元对应不同的功能,形成总体建筑群。屋盖结构采用了下凹的钢筋混凝土悬索预应力薄壳屋盖,是一种较为新颖的预应力索-壳组合结构,楼盖结构采用了工字形鱼腹梁箱型楼盖,竖向抗侧力构件采用剪力墙。简要介绍了该工程的结构体系和弹性计算结果,对屋盖预应力张拉过程进行了分析,对结构关键构件进行了补充分析。结果表明,悬索预应力薄壳屋盖和工字形鱼腹梁箱型楼盖的性能良好,二者的结合能够符合建筑师要求的视觉效果和功能需求;采用的悬索预应力薄壳屋盖张拉方式施工方便、受力合理。

Structural design of Yuhuan Library and Museum

Abstract: The structural heights of Yuhuan Library and Museum are 15.5m and 24m respectively. Several typical structural units correspond to different functions, forming the overall building group. The roof structure adopts the cupped reinforced concrete suspended cable prestressed thin shell roof, which is a relatively novel prestressed cable-shell composite structure. The floor structure adopts the I-shaped fish-bellied beam box floor, and the vertical lateral force resisting component adopts the shear wall. The structural system and elastic calculation results of the project were briefly introduced. The prestressed tension process of the roof was analyzed, and the key components of the structure were supplemented. The results show that the suspended cable prestressed thin shell roof and I-shaped fish-bellied beam box floor have good performance, and their combination can meet the visual effect and functional requirements of architects. The tension method of suspended cable prestressed thin shell roof used is convenient for construction and reasonable in force.
