国家速滑馆施工误差对索结构预应力偏差的影响研究*

[摘要] 国家速滑馆地上钢结构采用正交索网、环桁架和幕墙斜拉索组成的空间结构体系,各体系互相关联,施工方法和顺序对最终完成的整体结构性能、形态影响较大,各施工阶段误差影响不可忽略。针对该体系的张拉施工过程,进行了理论分析和试验研究,明确了施工张拉过程索力偏差分布规律及相应的张拉补偿调整原则。根据实际施工过程中设备和现场状况,制定了适用于该体系的施工张拉方案。通过索力监测设备获取了张拉过程中及完成后的索系预应力,对比了实际工程中索力的偏差与理论分析及试验研究结论的差异。结果表明,理论和模型试验确定的施工方法可行,施工误差在预期目标范围内,整体误差较小,满足使用需求。

Research on the influence of construction error for prestress deviation in cable structure of National Speed Skating Oval

Abstract: The upper steel structure of National Speed Skating Oval adopts a space structure system composed of orthogonal cable net, ring truss and curtain wall stay cable. Each system is interrelated. The construction method and sequence have a great influence on the overall structural performance and morphology of the final completion, and the error influence in each construction stage cannot be ignored. Theoretical analysis and experimental studies of the construction process of the system were carried out , and the distribution law of cable force deviation and the corresponding tension compensation adjustment principle in the construction tension process were clarified. According to the equipment and site conditions in the actual construction process, the construction tension scheme suitable for the system was formulated. The cable prestress during and after tension was obtained by cable force monitoring equipment, and the difference between the deviation of cable force in practical engineering and the theoretical analysis and experimental research conclusion was compared. The results show that the construction method determined by the theory and model test is feasible. The construction error is within the expected target range, and the overall error is small, which meets the use requirements.
