[摘要]巨型斜撑框架结构是超高层建筑高效的抗侧力体系之一。巨型斜撑作为关键构件可显著提高外框筒刚度,二道抗震防线作用显著。通过对比深圳平安金融中心、天津高银117大厦、沈阳宝能金融中心T1塔楼和中信大厦四栋建筑高度500m以上超高层巨型斜撑的设计,从巨型斜撑的布置形式、与次框架的关系、计算长度以及关键节点设计等方面对四栋建筑进行了对比分析。结果表明,由于单斜撑的非对称性,会使结构产生X向和Y向的耦合平动,改变最不利地震作用方向。巨型斜撑与次框架的连接主要改变传力路径。楼板对巨型斜撑的约束作用显著,在确定巨型斜撑的计算长度时,应考虑楼板的侧向约束。在轴力作用下,巨型斜撑节点的不对称加腋会增大板件应力,设计中宜避免。

Comparison of the design of mega braces in super high-rise buildings

Abstract: Mega braced frame structure is one of the highly efficient lateral force resisting systems for super high-rise buildings. As key component, mega braces can significantly improve stiffness of outer frame tube, and the second line of seismic defense effect is significant. By comparing the super high-rise mega braces design of 4 towers over 500m height, such as Shenzhen Pingan Financial Center, Tianjin Goldin 117 Tower, Shenyang Baoneng Financial Hub T1 tower and CITIC Tower, the four buildings were compared and analyzed from the layout form of the mega braces, the relationship with the secondary frame, the calculated length and the design of the key joints. The results show that due to the asymmetry of the single diagonal brace, the structure will produce coupled translational motions in the X and Y directions, and the most unfavorable seismic direction is changed. The connection between the mega brace and the sub-frame is mainly the change of the force transmission path. The floor slab has a significant restraint effect on the mega brace. When determining the calculated length of the mega brace, the lateral restraint of the floor slab should be considered. Under the action of axial force, the asymmetric haunch of the mega brace joint will increase the stress of the plate, which should be avoided in the design.
