装配式剪力墙结构住宅叠合板精细化设计探讨

[摘要]在装配式剪力墙结构住宅中,叠合板的应用非常广泛,技术也日趋成熟。住宅高质量发展及装配化精益建造等新需求对装配式建筑设计也提出了更高的要求。针对叠合板常见的预制底板接缝、局部降板等设计内容,在工程实践经验总结的基础上,以提高建造全过程的标准化、易建性与经济性等为目标,在叠合板的技术策划、设计选型、接缝形式及接缝宽度确定、复杂叠合板补充有限元计算分析及构造措施等方面提出了相关的精细化设计方法。实践证明该精细化设计方法是有效的、可行的,可供同类工程的设计参考借鉴。

Discussion on the fine design of composite slabs of prefabricated shear wall structure house

Abstract:In the prefabricated shear wall structure house, the application of composite slab is very extensive, and the technology is becoming more and more mature. New requirements such as high-quality house development and assembly-oriented lean construction have also put forward higher requirements for the design of prefabricated buildings. Aiming at the common design content of precast floor joints and partial drop plates of composite slabs, based on the summary of engineering practice experience, with the goal of improving the standardization, ease of construction and economy of the whole construction process, the relevant refined design methods were proposed in terms of technical planning, design selection, joint form and joint width determination, supplementary finite element calculation and analysis of complex composite slabs, and structural measures. Practice has proved that the refined design methods are effective and feasible, and can be used as a reference for similar projects.
