北昆国际文化艺术中心结构设计难点分析

[摘要]北昆国际文化艺术中心项目主要功能为大剧场、小剧场、文化服务用房。因用地紧张,采用竖向分层布置,三层和四层的转换桁架实现了下部剧场空间的大跨度转换并支承上部办公服务用房,转换层以下采用钢框架(钢管混凝土柱)-组合剪力墙(型钢混凝土剪力墙)结构体系,转换层以上采用钢框架-支撑结构体系。主要介绍了多级转换桁架系统在中大震时的受力和变形分析;通过对转换桁架在不同荷载工况下的传力路径分析,对复杂转换结构的计算结果进行可靠性判断;对转换桁架及悬挑空腹桁架采用竖向地震系数法和反应谱法进行对比分析;对转换桁架进行抗连续倒塌分析;针对复杂多级跨层转换进行特殊定义的施工模拟分析;根据性能化设计要求,对结构进行大震动力弹塑性时程分析。结果表明,结构布置合理,结构体系安全可靠。

 Analysis of difficulties in structural design of Beikun International Culture and Art Center

Abstract: The main functions of Beikun International Cultural and Art Center project are large theater, small theater, cultural service room. Due to the tight land use, a vertical layered layout is adopted, and the large-span conversion of the lower theater space is realized by using three-story and four-story transfer trusses, which support the upper office service rooms. Steel frame (concrete filled steel tubular column)-composite shear wall (steel reinforced concrete shear wall) structure system is adopted below the transfer floor, and steel frame-braced structure system is adopted above the transfer floor. The analysis of force and deformation of the multi-stage transfer truss system during medium and large earthquakes was mainly introduced. The reliability of the calculation results of the complex transfer truss can be judged by analyzing the force transmission path of the transfer truss under different load conditions. The vertical seismic coefficient method and response spectrum method were used to analyze the transfer trusses and overhanging vierendeel trusses. The continuous collapse resistance of the transfer trusses was analyzed. Specially defined construction simulation analysis for complex multi-level cross-story conversion was carried out. According to the requirement of performance-based design, the dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis of the structure under large earthquake was carried out. The results show that the structure layout is reasonable, the structure system is safe and reliable.
