国家会议中心二期项目大跨重载转换结构设计要点

[摘要]国家会议中心二期项目总建筑面积约40.9万m2,主要功能为会议、展览中心及配套用房。为平衡项目用地限制及建筑功能需求,采用了在多层建筑的底部设置大跨空间的形式。在首层顶板利用周边夹层高度设置双向巨型桁架,实现72,81m大跨转换结构,支承上部多层建筑。针对设计阶段转换结构选型、关键构件设计、复杂节点设计、温度效应分析等进行了介绍。根据工程需要,针对施工阶段转换结构带楼板整体卸载方案进行了安装及卸载过程模拟,对结构整体变形及关键构件应力进行了详细分析,验证了带楼板整体卸载方案的可行性,并且施工模拟数据与施工监测数值符合程度较好。

Key points on large-span and heavy-load transfer structure design of Project of China National Convention Center Phase Two

Abstract:With a total construction area of nearly 0.409 million square meters, the main functions of Project of China National Convention Center Phase Two are conference, exhibition and supporting rooms. In order to balance the restriction of land use and the demand of building function, the form of setting large span space at the bottom of multi-storey building was adopted. Two-way huge truss was set up with the height of surrounding interlayer to realize 72m and 81m large-span transfer structure and support the upper multi-storey building.The selection of transfer structure, design of key components, design of complex joints and temperature effect analysis were introduced . According to the requirement of the construction progress, the installation and unloading process simulation of the overall unloading scheme of the conversion structure with floor slab in the construction stage was carried out. The overall deformation of the structure and the stress of the key components were analyzed in detail. The feasibility of the overall unloading scheme with floor slab was verified, and the construction simulation data were in good agreement with the construction monitoring data.
