北京工人体育场结构改造设计方案及关键技术*

摘 要

[摘要]对2023年亚洲杯足球赛开、闭幕赛事场地北京工人体育场的结构改造设计方案和关键技术进行了介绍。由于抗震设防标准难以满足、原结构安全性能低、基础及外围框架加固代价高及外立面与初始设计外观差别大等问题,最终选择了复建方案。通过采用大跨屋盖结构减隔震设计、钢结构直接分析法设计、考虑设计-施工全过程的结构优化设计、新型加劲肋增强高瘦型箱形截面钢构件腹板局部稳定性和超长混凝土结构新型诱导缝等若干关键技术,达到了体育场设计安全、优雅、适用、经济的目的。

 Structural reconstruction design schemes and key technologies of Beijing Workers Stadium

Abstract: The structural reconstruction design schemes and key technologies of Beijing Workers Stadium, the opening and closing venue of the 2023 Asian Cup, were introduced. Due to the difficulty of meeting the seismic fortification standards, the low safety performance of the original structure, the high cost of reinforcement of the foundation and the outer frame, and the large difference between the exterior facade and the original design, the reconstruction plan was finally selected. The key technologies including seismic absorption and isolation of large span canopy, direct analysis method of steel structure, structural optimization considering whole process from design stage to construction stage, new stiffeners enhance local stability of webs of tall and thin box section steel members and new type of induced joints in super-long concrete structures were adopted to ensure that the stadium design achieves the goals of safety, elegance, comfortability and economy.
