考虑水浮力影响的主裙楼一体高层建筑地基承载力实用计算

[摘要]对于高层建筑,考虑裙楼范围地下室或纯地下室对主楼基础侧限的影响时,需将裙楼或纯地下室的总荷载折算成土层厚度来进行主楼基础的深度修正计算。经对某实际工程地基承载力的分析发现,如果仅在折算等效土层厚度时扣除地下水浮力的不利影响,会明显低估本工程地基承载力。强调计算地基承载力时,不仅要考虑地下水浮力的不利影响,也要考虑地下水浮托力的有利影响。同时,可以根据结构形式、土层厚度及基础宽度等因素,分区域计算高层建筑地基的基底荷载和地基承载力,以便全面反映地基的受力状态。所建议的计算方法是一种建立在规范基础之上的改进算法,适用于密实砂土和坚硬黏土地基。

Practical calculation of foundation bearing capacity for high-rise building with integrated main building and podium considering the influence of water buoyancy

Abstract: For high-rise buildings, when considering the influence of the basement or pure basement in the podium area on the side limit of the main building foundation, the total load of the podium or pure basement needs to be converted into the thickness of the soil layer to carry out the depth correction calculation of the main building foundation. After the foundation bearing capacity of an actual project were analyzed, it is found that if only the negative influence of groundwater buoyancy is deducted when the equivalent soil layer thickness is converted, the foundation bearing capacity of the project will be significantly underestimated. It is emphasized that when calculating the bearing capacity of foundations, not only the adverse effects of groundwater buoyancy, but also the beneficial effects of groundwater buoyancy must be considered. At the same time, according to factors such as structural form, soil thickness and foundation width, the base load and foundation bearing capacity of high-rise building foundations can be calculated by region, so as to fully reflect the stress state of the foundation. The proposed calculation method is an improved algorithm based on specifications, suitable for compact sand and hard clay foundations.
