方钢管UHPC短柱轴压性能试验研究*

[摘要]为研究方钢管UHPC短柱试件的轴心受压性能,以钢管厚度、UHPC强度、钢材强度为参数,完成了16组方钢管UHPC短柱试件轴心受压试验。依据试件的破坏模式、荷载-变形曲线、荷载-应变曲线发展变化规律对方钢管UHPC短柱的承载力、延性和轴压机理进行了分析。试验结果表明:方钢管UHPC短柱轴向荷载-变形曲线可分弹性、弹塑性和塑流三个阶段;轴向荷载-变形曲线形状与套箍系数密切相关,依据塑流阶段不同可分为下降型、平缓型和上升型三类;钢管与UHPC之间的相互作用具有滞后效应,主要发生在塑流阶段;随套箍系数增大,短柱试件延性和承载力有增大趋势,但延性增加更显著,钢管与UHPC之间的相互作用主要体现在改善UHPC延性上;基于延性和经济性指标,建议方钢管UHPC轴压短柱的套箍系数不宜大于3。

Experimental study on behavior of square UHPC filled short steel tube columns subjected to axial compression

Abstract: To investigate the axial compressive behavior of square UHPC filled short steel tube columns (SUHPCFSSTs), a total of 16 groups with test parameters of the steel tube thickness, UHPC strength and steel strength were tested under axial loads. Based on the development law of failure modes, load-deformation curve and load-strain curve, the compressive mechanical, ductility, bearing capacity of SUHPCFSSTs were studied. The experimental results show that the axial load-deformation curve of SUHPCFSSTs can be divided into three phases including elastic, elastoplastic and plastic flow stages. The shape of the axial load-deformation curves is closely related to constraining index. According to the difference in the plastic flow stage, the shapes of the axial load-deformation curve can be divided into three categories: descending type, gentle type and ascending type. The interaction between steel tube and UHPC has a hysteresis effect, which generates mainly in the plastic flow stage. The ductility and bearing capacity of short column specimens increase with the increase of constraining index, but the ductility increases more significantly. The interaction between steel tube and UHPC is mainly reflected in improving the ductility of UHPC. Considering the ductility index and economy, the constraining index of SUHPCFSSTs is recommended no more than 3.
