轻钢龙骨混凝土组合外挂墙板抗震性能试验研究*

[摘要] 为研究轻钢龙骨混凝土组合外挂墙板的抗震性能,对两块足尺墙板试件进行了低周反复荷载试验,得到了墙板的破坏形态及滞回曲线。试验结果表明:墙板破坏主要为拉板式约束节点处水泥纤维板的开裂和地龙骨腹板的扩孔,墙板与钢框架连接节点区域未发生明显破坏,说明在该连接节点达到层间位移角限值时,墙板仍能保证较好的整体性,与结构主梁之间连接可靠。未布设横撑的轻钢龙骨混凝土组合外挂墙板抗震性能相对较差,而布设横撑可以提高墙板的屈服荷载及峰值荷载。两块墙板延性较好,能够在罕遇地震作用下保持良好的整体性和安全性。

Experimental study on seismic behavior of light-gauge steel stud concrete composite external wall panel

Abstract: Two full-scale wall specimens were tested under low cyclic loading test to study seismic behavior of light-gauge steel stud concrete composite external wall panel. The failure modes and hysteretic curves of wall panels were obtained. The experimental results indicate that failure of the wall panels is mainly caused by the cracking of fiber reinforced cementitious board and the expansion of the joint web. There is no obvious damage in the connections between the wall panel and the steel frame, which shows that wall panels can still keep in good integrity and the connection with the main beam of structure is reliable when reaching the limit value of elastic-plastic inter-story drift. Moreover, the light-gauge steel stud concrete composite external wall panel without the transverse bracing has relatively poor seismic performance. Application of transverse bracing can effectively increase the yield load and ultimate load capacity of the wall panel. Both wall panels show good ductility, and can keep integrity and safety under rare earthquake.
