中华国际广场超限高层结构设计

[摘要]中华国际广场主体结构高度为132.5m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,主楼南侧1~14层采用斜柱单跨框架,与竖向框架-剪力墙结构单元自9层相交至14层完全成为一个整体。主体结构存在扭转不规则、构件间断、承载力突变、斜柱等不规则项,属于多项超限结构。介绍了结构的基本构成体系、超限的具体项目及采取的措施、抗震性能化设计目标的确定及实现。采用ETABS有限元软件和PMSAP设计软件进行了小震弹性分析、中震弹性分析以及大震的弹塑性分析。结果表明,结构受力性能良好,能够满足相应的抗震性能目标。详细研究了核心筒偏置对结构抗震设计的影响及对策。最后分析了中震弹性下楼板的应力和斜柱与垂直柱交叉节点的应力。结果表明,楼板应力满足中震弹性工作状态的要求;梁柱节点处存在较大的应力集中,采用强节点连接设计进行了加强。

  Structural design of out-of-code high-rise building on Zhonghua International Plaza

Abstract: Zhonghua International Plaza is a super high-rise building with the height of 132.5 meter, which is reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system. From the first floor to the 14th floor, it is single span frame structure with inclined column  in the south of main building. The single span frame structure intersects with the vertical frame-shear wall structural unit from the 9th floor to the 14th floor and completely becomes a whole. And the main building is a out-of-code structure on many aspects, including torsion irregularity, component discontinuity, bearing capacity mutation, inclined column and so on. The basic system of the structure, the specific out-of-code aspects and  measures taken,and the determination and realization of performance-based seismic design objective were introduced. Moreover, the elastic analysis of small earthquakes, elastic analysis of moderate earthquakes, and elastoplastic analysis of large earthquakes were analyzed by ETABS finite element software and PMSAP design software. The results show that the structure’s mechanical performance is well and corresponding seismic performance objectives are satisfied. The influence of the core tube offset on the seismic design of the structure and its countermeasures were studied in detail.Finally, the floor stress in moderate earthquake and the stress in the intersection node of inclined column and vertical column were analyzed. The results show that the floor stress meets the requirements of elastic working state under moderate earthquake. There is a large stress concentration in the beam-column joints, which is strengthened by the strong joint design.
