[摘要]青岛富都国际广场的两栋塔楼属于超B级高度的高层建筑,为剪力墙结构体系。采用PKPM和MIDAS Building两种软件进行了弹性计算,结构的周期比、位移角等指标均满足规范要求。采用抗震性能化设计方法保证了主要构件在中震和大震作用下的性能要求。采用MIDAS Building软件进行了动力弹塑性时程分析,保证了结构大震不倒,并找到薄弱部位进行加强。分析结果表明,结构具有良好的抗震性能,完全能满足预定性能目标的要求。

Structural design of out-of-code high-rise building of Qingdao Fudu International Plaza

Abstract: The two towers of Qingdao Fudu International Plaza are high-rise buildings with super-B height and are shear wall structure systems. Two softwares, PKPM and MIDAS Building, were used for elastic calculation, and the period ratio and displacement angle of the structure meet the requirements of the specification. The use of performance-based seismic design methods ensures the performance requirements of the main components under moderate and large earthquakes. The dynamic elasto-plastic time history analysis was carried out using MIDAS Building software to ensure that the structure did not collapse under large earthquake, and weak parts were found for reinforcement. The analysis results show that the structure has good seismic performance and can fully meet the requirements of the predetermined performance targets.
