基于试验数据的再生混凝土梁极限承载力计算方法及可靠度研究*

[摘要]收集了国内外再生混凝土梁剪切破坏和弯曲破坏的试验数据,分别建立数据库。通过将试验数据与中国规范GB 50010—2010、欧洲规范MC 2010的抗弯承载力公式计算结果作对比,与中国规范GB 50010—2010、美国规范ACI 318-14和Zsutty的抗剪承载力公式计算结果作对比,分析各公式预测结果的准确性,同时基于各具体变量因素,考虑中国规范GB 50010—2010公式的准确性,并且分析中国规范公式用于再生混凝土梁极限承载力计算时的可靠性。结果表明:对于再生混凝土梁的抗弯承载力计算,中国规范GB 50010—2010和欧洲规范MC 2010公式的预测结果相差不大,准确度较高,且中国规范GB 50010—2010公式的可靠度指标满足构件延性破坏时的规定,不需要对公式进行进一步的修正。对于再生混凝土梁的抗剪承载力计算,Zsutty公式的预测结果最为准确,其他两种公式的预测结果较为保守;在荷载分项系数修改前后, 中国规范公式的可靠度指标均值分别为3.61和3.85,可靠度指标随着荷载分项系数的提高而增大;修正公式在新荷载分项系数下的可靠度指标均值为3.72,更加经济,并满足构件脆性破坏时的要求。

Research on calculation method and reliability of ultimate bearing capacity of recycled concrete beam based on experimental data

Abstract: The experimental data of shear failure or flexural failure of recycled concrete beams at home and abroad were collected, and the databases were established respectively. By comparing the experimental data with the calculation results of the flexural capacity formula of Chinese code GB 50010—2010 and European code MC 2010, and the calculation results of the shear capacity formula of Chinese code GB 50010—2010, American code ACI 318-14 and Zsutty, the accuracy of the prediction results of each formula was analyzed. Meanwhile, based on the specific variable factors, the accuracy of the formula in Chinese code GB 50010—2010 was evaluated. The reliability of the formula in Chinese code used in the calculation of the ultimate bearing capacity of recycled concrete beams was analyzed. The results show that: for the calculation of the flexural capacity of recycled concrete beams, the prediction results of the Chinese code GB 50010—2010 and the European code MC 2010 formula were just slightly different and highly accurate. Also, the reliability index of the formula in Chinese code GB 50010—2010 meets the requirements of ductility failure, so it is not necessary to further modify the formula. For the calculation of shear capacity of recycled concrete beams, the prediction results of Zsutty’s formula are the most accurate, and the prediction results of the other two formulas are more conservative; before and after the modification of the partial load coefficient, the reliability indexes of the Chinese code formula are 3.61 and 3.85 respectively, and the reliability index increases with the increase of the partial load coefficient; under the new partial load coefficient, the reliability index of the modified formula is 3.72, which means more economical, and meets the requirements of brittle failure of the component.
