软土地区地铁车站深基坑施工全过程对邻近建筑物影响实测分析*

[摘要]依托软土地区宁波市轨道交通4号线双东路车站基坑工程,对基坑施工全过程包括地下连续墙施工、基坑开挖施工及结构向上施工导致的邻近建筑和地表变形进行监测,并对其监测数据进行分析。结果表明:地下连续墙及结构向上施工期间引起的邻近建筑物沉降占基坑施工全过程引起的相应变形量的7.82%和33.19%;地下连续墙及结构向上施工期间引起的邻近建筑物倾斜占基坑施工全过程引起的相应变形量的16.47%和20.17%,以上两个施工期间引起的邻近建筑变形量均不容忽视;基坑开挖引起的邻近建筑沉降呈现出显著的空间效应和时间效应;在车站基坑中设置钢支撑轴力伺服系统是一种减小相应区段的邻近建筑物沉降变形速率的有效保护措施。

Measured analysis on the impact of entire construction process of deep foundation pits of subway stations on neighboring buildings in soft soil areas

Abstract:Based on the foundation pit project of Shuangdong road station of Ningbo rail transit line 4 in the soft soil area,adjacent buildings and surface deformations caused by the whole process of foundation pit construction including underground diaphragm wall construction, foundation pit excavation construction and structure upward construction lead to were monitored, monitoring data were analyzed. The results show that the settlement of adjacent buildings caused by the construction of diaphragm wall and structure upward construction account for 7.82% and 33.19% of the corresponding deformation caused by the whole process of foundation pit construction. The tilt of adjacent buildings caused by the diaphragm wall construction and the structure upward construction account for 16.47% and 20.17% of the corresponding deformation caused by the whole process of foundation pit construction. The deformation of adjacent buildings caused by the above two construction should not be ignored. The settlement of adjacent buildings caused by foundation pit excavation construction presents significant space effect and time effect. It is an effective protection measure to reduce the settlement and deformation rate of adjacent buildings in the corresponding section to set up the steel bracing axial force servo system in the station foundation pit.
