造楼机附墙装置连接构造抗拉拔性能试验*

[摘要]提出了一种造楼机附墙装置与剪力墙的连接构造系统,该系统由造楼机轨道、剪力墙、连接轨道与剪力墙的螺杆及条形钢板构成。进行了22个附墙装置连接构造试件的抗拉拔性能试验,试件变化参数包括墙体厚度、墙体配筋、墙体构造、混凝土强度、墙体支点距离,其中墙体构造包括预留圆孔贴靠正交分布钢筋、预埋锚筋连接、附加钢筋网片、预留圆孔不贴靠钢筋,分析了其破坏特征、承载力、刚度和钢筋应变。结果表明:螺杆、锚筋及钢板均未发生明显损伤,试件的破坏形式为墙体弯剪破坏;提高混凝土强度,增加墙体厚度、墙体配筋,减小墙体支点距离均可提高试件的承载力和刚度;预留圆孔贴靠正交分布钢筋试件的受力性能明显好于预留圆孔不贴靠钢筋试件;提出的造楼机附墙装置与剪力墙的预留圆孔贴靠正交分布钢筋连接构造工作性能可靠。

Experiment on anti-drawing performance of connection structure of the wall-attaching device of building construction machine

Abstract:A connection structure system for the connection between the wall-attaching device of the building construction machine and the shear wall was proposed. The system consists of building construction machine track, shear wall, bolts and strip steel plates connecting track and shear wall. The anti-drawing performance test was conducted of 22 specimens with connection structure of wall-attaching device. Test parameters were the thickness of the wall, the reinforcement of the wall, the structures of the wall, the strength of the concrete, and the wall fulcrum distance. The structures of the wall include reserved round holes against orthogonally distributed steel bars, pre-embedded anchor bars connection, attached steel mesh, and reserved round holes far from steel bars. The failure characteristics, bearing capacity, stiffness and steel bars strain of specimens were analyzed. The results indicate that there is no obvious damage on the bolts, the anchor bars and the steel plates, and the failure mode of the specimens is bending-shear failure of wall; It can improve the bearing capacity and rigidity of the specimen by increasing concrete strength, increasing wall thickness, wall reinforcement, and reducing wall fulcrum distance; The mechanical performance of the specimen with the reserved circular hole attached to the orthogonally distributed steel bar is significantly better than the specimens with reserved round holes far from attached steel; The proposed building machine wall attachment device with the reserved round holes of the shear wall attached to the orthogonally distributed steel bars to connect the structure has reliable working performance.
